Put butter boiling water and flour in a sauce pan over medium heat. Beat the three ingredients good until it leaves the side of the pan and foms a ball.
Remove from heat. Let slightly cool. Spoon mix into a food processer with a steel blade.
Then put the applesauce in slowly and mix until nice and firm.
Next put the oil into the saucepan and fry the fritters. Sprinkle as much sugar as desired.
Serve hot and enjoy
