Ingredients

  • 6 culantro (reco) stems
  • 1 medium spanish onion
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 10 sweet chillies peppers seeded
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Wash peel seed and coarsley chop everything. Put in a blender onions first and pureƩ. Then add everything else & pureƩ. Store in a glass jar covered in the refrigerator for later . Freeze it in ice-cube trays and dump the frozen cubes in a freezer bag.
