Red Rice and Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion , chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ground red pepper
  • 1 cup Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup Juice
  • 1 can (about 15 ounces) kidney beans , rinsed and drained
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Cooking Instructions

HEAT oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic powder and pepper and cook until tender.

ADD tomato juice and beans. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 min. Stir in rice. Heat through.
