Ingredients

  • 2 CUP ZATARANS WHITE RICE
  • 2 SMOKED SAUSAGES
  • 3 CUP WATER
  • 1 TSP TONY CHACHERE'S ORIGINAL CREOLE SEASONING
  • 8 OZ TOMATOE SAUCE

Cooking Instructions

BOIL RICE, TOMATOE SAUCE AND WATER ALL TOGETHER IN A POT, FRY SAUSAGE IN A SKILET, AFTER RICE IS ALMOST DONE COOKING ADD SAUSAGE TO POT WITH THE CREOLE SEASONING AND CONTINUE COOKING TO DESIRED TENDERNESS OF RICE
