Great winter meal

I like this, great combination of flavors. I did try a slight variation of the cheese though, which was the 2nd time I made the recipe. Was in the Deli dept. at nearby supermarket, and they had a 'special' on Hot-Pepper Jack sliced cheese. Really was a lot cheaper than the sliced swiss cheese, and I loved the Zip from the Hot-Pepper Jack slices ! Just thought I would pass that on. But I still like the beef franks and Sauerkraut with the mustard ,and a little drizzle of the dressing too .

My Son's new fave Reub

We're also from the midwest and agree that corned beef is the only way to go since it's the true reuben ingredient. Super great party dish!!! Mark.........Time to grow up.

Mark is RETARDED

Why rate and review a recipe you didn't even try? You obviously only like plain hot dogs. You're a childish picky eater, and refuse to try anything new, so why even read new recipes? I'm glad your rating didn't affect the average on this recipe!
