Ingredients

  • 2 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 TBS cider vinegar
  • 6TBS thousand island dressing
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 romaine or lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices lean turkey breast (1/2lb)
  • 8 slices swiss cheese

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl toss coleslaw mix,carrots,vinegar,2 tbs dressing Spread each wrap with I tbs dressing and a piece of lettuce,place 2 slices of cheese on top of turkey,Top with 1/2 cup of coleslaw
