Separate egg yolk and whites
beat egg yolk, add milk, sugar, vanila, and rice
beat egg whites until stiff and add last
Butter pyrex baking dish and add mixture
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes
sprinkle with nutmeg out of oven
