Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 can cannellini beans
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1lb rigatoni
  • 1/4 chopped basil

Cooking Instructions

Dice garlic,carrots,onion.Drain and rince beans in sauce pan heat olive oil saute vegtables till tender.season wtih salt and pepper.Add beans and tomatoes including juice. masher to breaker up beans or back of sppon to thicken sauce.Cook pasta meanwhile in bliong salted water al dente.Drain (leave some liquid.combine pasta,vegetavbles add basil and paremesan cheese
