Heat oven to 500°F. Line 2 large rimmed baking sheets with foil (for easy cleanup). Position racks to divide oven in thirds.
Put sausages and peppers in one pan. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Spread in one layer, with sausages on one side of pan, peppers on the other side. Spread potatoes in other pan.
Roast 10 minutes; toss ingredients and roast 10 minutes more, or until sausages are cooked through, peppers are tender and potatoes are browned.
Remove sausages to a cutting board; cut each in thirds. Toss with the peppers and potatoes.
