Orange Salsa: Toss onion with lemon juice in a medium bowl. Let stand at least 30 minutes, then stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat oven to 500 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil (for easy cleanup). Place fish on sheet; season with salt and pepper. Coat tops with nonstick cooking spray.
Roast 10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with Orange Salsa.
