Roasted Ham

Ingredients

  • 3 lb ham, lean, including the eye-of-the-round muscle
  • 1/4 cup cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch sage, ground

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Lay ham on a rack set in a roasting pan. Drizzle oil over ham and then rub in salt, pepper, and sage. Bake ham for 1 hour and 50 minutes or until your meat thermometer reads 150 to 155 degrees F. Let ham rest 20 minutes before slicing.

Use any spices you want in substitution for sage.
