Roasted Potatoes with Thyme

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes , sliced 1/4" thick
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves , crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 jar Campbell's® Slow Roast Chicken Gravy

Cooking Instructions

PLACE potatoes, oil, thyme and pepper in shallow baking pan and toss to coat.

BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. Turn potatoes. Bake 15 min. more or until browned.

HEAT gravy and serve over potatoes.
