Mix together olive oil with salt pepper and garlic. Mix ricotta with basil Split rolls and brush with olive oil mixture. Layer 4 slices of prosciutto on each roll and top each with 1/4 of the ricotta mixture, 1/4 of the roasted red peppers, and 1 slice of asiago. Top and grill in a panini maker or place in nonstick saute pan heated over medium heat. Top with plate and place a heavy object on plate to flatten sandwich. Cook until golden on each side. Serve immediately.
I love all the above ingrediants, especially combined in a sandwich.
