Saute sirloin until cooked. Add the garlic, onions, red peppers and cook until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Roasted Red Pepper Pasta Sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve with Italian Style Vegetables simmered in about a tablespoon of butter and fresh garlic or whole wheat rice or pasta. If you are counting your carbs, then omit pasta or rice and have a double serving of vegetables. This can be a great low calorie and low carbohydrate meal depending on the sides you choose and great for persons with diabetics.
