Roasted Turkey Pan Gravy

  • 1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
  • 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

REMOVE turkey from roasting pan. Pour off fat.

MIX broth into flour in roasting pan. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.

TIP: Swanson Kitchen Tip: This recipe is also great using Swanson® Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic Chicken Broth in place of the regular chicken broth.
