Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese
  • 2 packages soft cream cheese: 6 oz. or use an 8-oz. package
  • 2 tbsp soft butter
  • 1 small grated onion, optional
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • Salt
  • Radish slices and:
  • Capers

Cooking Instructions

Combine to a paste: 1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese, 2 packages soft cream cheese: 6 oz. or use an 8-oz. Package, 2 tablespoons soft butter, 1 small grated onion, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons dry sherry, salt as needed.

Keep the spread in closely covered jar in the refrigerator. May be spread on crisp potato chips, crackers or toast round.

Decorate with: radish slices and capers.
