Preheat the broiler. Spray with the cooking spray.
Mix together the mango chutney, water, Dijon, and rosemary. Dredge the lamb in the mixture then coat with the breadcrumbs.
Spray a broiler pan with the cooking spray. Set the lamb on the pan. Lightly spray the lamb with the cooking spray.
Broil for 8 minutes then turn over and broil another 6 to 8 minutes.
You can substitute regular breadcrumbs.
