Rosemary Applesauce

Ingredients

  • 4 large Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored and cut into eighths
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch fresh rosemary, still on stem

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Take all the ingredients and toss them together in a large mixing bowl. Lay them out on a large roasting tray in a single layer and roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until apples are weepy and tender.

Remove rosemary and transfer apples and pan juices to a food processor. Pulse until smooth and serve warm.
