Ingredients

  • 8 cups (32 ounces) chilled cranberry juice cocktail
  • 4 cups (16 ounces) chilled ginger beer or ginger ale
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: fresh cranberries and/ or thin slices orange or kiwifruit

Cooking Instructions

Just before serving, pour cranberry juice and ginger beer into a pitcher or punch bowl. Serve in ice-filled glasses garnished with cranberries and sliced fruit.

Ginger beer, available in nonalcoholic and alcoholic versions, has quite a spicy kick. Ginger ale is an acceptable and less spicy substitute.
