Ingredients

  • 1 small head of green leaf lettuce
  • 1 small bunch of red radishes, trimmed, cleaned, and sliced thin
  • 1 small bulb of fennel, trimmed, cleaned, and thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced crosswise
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-size pieces and place in a serving bowl with the radishes, fennel, and red onion. Whisk together the orange juice, oil, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with the salad right before serving.
