Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 & spray cookie sheet with Pam or other non-stick cooking spray.

Mix ground turkey or beef with the bread crumbs, minced garlic, eggs & worcestershire sauce.

Roll meat mixture into small meatballs. You should be able to fit around 28-30 meatballs on sheet. Then put into oven on sprayed cookie sheet for about 15 minutes.

While meatballs are cooking, add 1 cup of beef gravy & 1/4 cup mushrooms to a crock pot.

Once 15 minutes have passed, take meatballs out of oven & put into crock pot. Add the other cup of gravy & 1/4 cup mushrooms on top.

Cook in Crock pot on high for about 3 hours or so to heat up meatballs & sauce together. Meatballs will come out nice & tender & full of flavor.

Serve Meatballs alone as an appetizer or cook up some potatoes & serve as a meal. Enjoy!
