Salmon with Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 4 oz salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 c nonfat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Rinse salmon under cold running water and place in large baking dish.

Sprinkle lemon juice and water over salmon and place pan in center of oven. Bake until done or until the fish turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients for sauce in small bowl. either dried or fresh dill, not both.

Serve fish fillets hot with the sauce on the side.
