Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. Pace® Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 2/3 cup chopped cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® 100% Natural Nine Grain Bread , plain OR toasted
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Cooking Instructions

MIX sour cream and salsa. Stir in chicken and cheese.

DIVIDE chicken mixture between 2 bread slices. Top with lettuce and remaining bread slices.

Darn Good Sandwich............

Good sandwich. I substitute a Mexican-cheese shredded mix in place of the shredded cheddar for an extra little zip.
