Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 Lbs Tomatoes,
  • 4 Jalapenos
  • 3/4 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves crushed Garlic
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Lime or Lemon

Cooking Instructions

Dice the Tomatoes, Jalapenos, into small pieces. Finely chop the Garlic, and half of the top leafy portion of the Cilantro. Mix in a bowl with the onions and a good squeeze of the lime or lemon, which ever you prefer. Scoop out one cup of the mixture and place it into a food processor ( I the Magic Bullet machine for this). Blend it together until almost all liquid then poor it into the mixture and mix it together until well blended. Eat it right away or cover and put into the fridge overnight. Keep cool!
