San Marzano "Quick" Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 can San Marzano tomatoes, drained
  • 1 small red onion, rough chopped
  • 1/4 Serrano chili
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined. Season to taste and set aside to allow flavors to come together, around 20 minutes.
