Mix all ingredients, except for the bar-b-que sauce, in a large bowl (be careful not to over mix)
Put in a pan larger than the size you want your loaf to be
Form mixture in a loaf and cover with the bar-b-que sauce
Put in a 425 degree preheated oven for 1 hour (put off the liquid after 1/2 hour)
This is a typically southern version of meatloaf.
