Ingredients

  • 2cups Bowtie pasta
  • 2oz Oil
  • 1tsp Garlic minced
  • 1tsp Shallots minced
  • 1/3 c Sauage
  • 1/4 c Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 c Diced tomatoes
  • 6oz heavy cream
  • 1/4 c Asiago cheese
  • Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2oz Butter

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil. Add garlic and shallots. Don't burn. Add sauage and prosciutto. Saute for 25sec. Add cream. Saute for 30sec. Add cheese. Let sit for 30sec. Add Pasta(hot). Toss in spinach. Toss two or three times. Add tomatoes. toss two times. Take off fire. Toss in butter and salt and pepper.
