Brown hot dogs and onion in large skillet with 3 TBSP Oil (if not using good non-stick skillet). Mix and blend in remaining ingredients, except cheese, and cook on medium heat until celery is tender. Then, add cheese just to melt. Fill any desired rolls (center bread removed to form pockets) with filling.
Note: Stuffed rolls can be wrapped in paper towel or foil and reheated in either Micro or Oven. Micro on #6 power to avoid tough bread, or set oven to 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Filled rolls can be frozen also, for when desired..
Easy and quick. Saves setting out bottles and jars of condiments on the table at meal time.

My versionI made this without chopping the dogs, and used deli hot dog buns to stuff, also deli paper to wrap and store uneaten dogs (twist ends of the paper) Even more delicious when reheated properly in microwave... |
