Sausage Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage........hot or mild

Cooking Instructions

Brown sausage and drain off excess fat. Put into bowl. Add 4 pkgs of cream cheese and 2 cups of shredded cheese. Microwave for about 4 minutes or until cheeses soften. Mix well together with spoon until blended. Serve with chips and assorted crackers.
