Scampi with Fettucine

Ingredients

  • 6 oz uncooked spinach fettucine
  • 1 lb uncooked peeled deveined medium shrimp, thawed if frozen
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh or 1 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 medioum green onion, thinly sliced (2 tablespoons)

Cooking Instructions

Prepare and measure all ingredients before beginning cooking.

Cook and drain fettucine as directed on package.

While fettucine is cooking add cooking oil to 10 inch skillet or wok; heat over medium high heat.

Add all remaining ingredients to skillet or wok and cook stirring frequently until shrimp are pink and firm.

Add fettucine to shrimp mixture; toss. Serve hot.

Very bland, I really had to doctor it up. To much chopping for such little taste.
