Prepare and measure all ingredients before beginning cooking.
Cook and drain fettucine as directed on package.
While fettucine is cooking add cooking oil to 10 inch skillet or wok; heat over medium high heat.
Add all remaining ingredients to skillet or wok and cook stirring frequently until shrimp are pink and firm.
Add fettucine to shrimp mixture; toss. Serve hot.
