  • 1 bag medium shrimp
  • 2 lobster
  • 1 1/1 Rice
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carott

Cooking Instructions

take shrimps & lobster take out shell. cut lobster in round pieces,cut potatoes in 4 pieces,carrotts cut round, throw in pot of boiling water w/ rice put sofrito or ur desire ingridients,adobo or salt to ur taste & let shimmer til potatoes & rice are done..

correction on recipe

this recipe sound very good but the sofrito was not included in the ingredient and some people whom will like to try this recipe don't know what sofrito is myself I'm spanish and i know sofrito is a condiment found in the grocery stores. thank you.concern
