Melt butter in large saucepan. Add your choice of seafood and cook until done.
Add soups, heavy cream and half-and-half; stir until smooth.
Heat through. Season with hot pepper sauce and sherry.

08/12/09 02:23 PM | Turn out awsomeWe go to eat this out and love it ...i found this recipe and only thing i did different was saute about cup of onions till they real soft and added black pepper insted of the red pepper one and i didnt add the cream sherry .......my husband said it was better then when we go eat it out and CHEAPER.....LOL |
