Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sweet butter
  • 1 lb. fresh OR frozen seafood (cut-up lobster, shelled shrimp, scallops, crabmeat OR imitation crabmeat)
  • 2 cans Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Shrimp Soup
  • 2 cans Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups half-and-half
  • hot pepper sauce to taste
  • Cream sherry to taste

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add your choice of seafood and cook until done.

Add soups, heavy cream and half-and-half; stir until smooth.

Heat through. Season with hot pepper sauce and sherry.

Turn out awsome

We go to eat this out and love it ...i found this recipe and only thing i did different was saute about cup of onions till they real soft and added black pepper insted of the red pepper one and i didnt add the cream sherry .......my husband said it was better then when we go eat it out and CHEAPER.....LOL
