Seared Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 T Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 t Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Branches Fresh Rosemary
  • 3 T Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

In a medium sized bowl place chops

Add Garlic, Rosemary and Black Pepper and toss every 5 minutes to marinate.

In a small skillet place oil and let get hot for about 2 minutes on low heat.

Add the chops turning every 4-5 minutes until desired temperature.

Chops can be ordered to temperature Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well or Well.

Recipe Notes

Very tasty but the flavor of Rosemary can be a turn off for some.
