Ingredients

  • 4 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 4 lemons quartered
  • 1 glass of water

Cooking Instructions

Mix together pepper, salt, and garlic power and coat ribs evenly and marinate overnight. Place ribs on a bbq at 400 degrees. Squeeze fresh lemon evenly over ribs every few minutes while cooking.

Suggested sides: corn on the cob, baked beans, cole slaw

Yes, tell us what the glass of water is for. My guess is that since it says marinate, you must mix the water with the other ingredients in order for it to marinate. Otherwise, how would it actually marinate.
