Wash and trim spinach leaves. Tear into bite sized pieces. Saute bacon and drain thoroughly. Break into pieces and add to spinach. Add fruit, cheese and candied walnuts. Toss with dressing and serve.
I have served this recipe many times and it never fails to please even the most picky eater! Substitute lower fat versions of dressing, feta, and even turkey bacon if you'd like and you'll still get the same rich flavors.
