1. Heat oil in medium skillet. Saute onion, mushrooms, and salt until mushrooms are limp.
2. Add ginger, tamari, honey, sake, and arrowroot to mushroom mixture and cook until mixture begins to thicken.
3. Stir in shredded carrot, sesame seeds, and shrimp. Saute until shrimp is opaque (about 5 minutes). Serve hot.
