rinse pork chops, coat with original shake n bake, place in hot oil skillet, brown both sides, remove, wipe pan out, add 1 1/2 cups water and leftover shake n bake mixture, stir. Add pork chops. bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes. Remove pork chops, mix 2 tbsp flour with 1/4 water, add to pan, cook til thickened.
Not crazy about shake n bake but family loves it, the gravy over stuffing was the best part.
