Preheat oven to 325. Line a 9" square pan w/ foil, overhanging sides by 2", coat w/ cooking spray. On med speed w/ mixer, beat cookie dough w/ pecans until combined. Press evenly into pan. Bake for 25 min. Or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan , on rack. Lift cookie bar from pan using the foil. Spread w/ frosting. Top w/ remaining pecans. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave caramels w/ 2 tsp water on high, stirring occasionally until blended. Drizzle over cookies. Let set for at least 5 min before cutting.
