Cooking Instructions

Brown your hamburger until cooked. Open can of tomatoes and pour into a shallow bowl (yet deep enough to hold the juice). Mash tomatoes into smaller pieces. Drain off grease from hamburger then add mashed tomatoes and juice to hamburger to warm through and add minced garlic.

Pour hamburger mixture in to 13x9 cake pan or a lasanga pan (if you have one) to cool slightly.

Then make your instant mashed potatoes as directed on the box for 6-7 servings. Once they are done then take a large spoon and drop spoons full of potatoes on top of hamburger. Smooth out with back of spoon and then top with shredded cheese.

Bake in oven at 350` for 20-30 mins or until potatoes are browned slightly.

Remove from oven and add additional cheese on top of potatoes until melted.

Let cool slightly or until cheese melted and serve.
