Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg fat free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup light miracle whip
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled lo-fat feta cheese w/ garlic & herbs
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

Cooking Instructions

Mix cream cheese and miracle whip until well blended.Gently fold in all other ingredients,sprinkling w/ parsley right before serving.

Recipe Notes

I love this creamy spread on whole wheat pita bread or serve as a dip w/ fresh veggies. 2 tbsp each serving.
