Sherry's BBQ short ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs short ribs
  • 1 lg onion,finely diced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce,honey flavored
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard

Cooking Instructions

Place ribs in slow cooker,top w/ onions. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over ribs in cooker.Cover w/ lid. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Remove ribs,keep warm. Skim fat from sauce,return ribs to cooker. Stir gently to evenly coat.

Recipe Notes

These are tender and extremally easy to make. Great served over rice or w/ mashed potatoes.
