Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs nectarines,pitted, cut into 1/2" thick wedges
  • 1 8 oz. container blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups life or other cinnamon cereal,broken into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp "I can't believe it's not butter"
  • 1 pint fruit flavored frozen yogurt

Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 375. Coat shallow 2-quart dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, toss nectarines and berries with brown sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Transfer to baking dish. Cover w/ foil, bake for 40 min. In med. bowl, mix cereal, remaining flour and butter. Uncover fruit, sprinkle evenly w/ cereal mixture.BAke uncovered for 10 min. or until golden and bubbly. Serve w/ frozen yogurt.

I got the original recipe from Woman's World mag. Tweaked it a bit and voila! MM-MM-good and good for you. The yogurt is optional, of course. CAL:208 FAT:5g TRANS FAT 1g CHOL: 0 FIBER 4g SUGAR 27g CARBS 41g PROTEIN 3g
