Sherry's brownie and peanut butte..

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups plus, 2 tbsp, all purpose flour,divided
  • 3 1-oz each squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 cup "I can't believe it's not butter",cubed
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tins w/ cooking spray. In bowl,beat peanut butter,brown sugar and 2 tbsp flour until blended,set aside. In micrwave bowl,melt chocolate & butter,stir until smooth,cool slightly. In lg bowl, beat eggs,Egg Beaters,sugar and water. Stir in chocolate mix and vanilla. Fill muffin tins 1/4 full. Top each one w/ 1 tsp peanut butter mix. Spoon remaining batter of top. Bake for 13-15 min or until centers are set.

Recipe Notes

My husband loves anything to do w/ chcolate and peanut butter, so this is one of his favorites.
