In lg bowl, mix thoroughly, but gently, the ground turkey, crumbs, worcestershire sauce, and the pepper. Shape into 4 oblong patties. Make a small dent in each patty, right down the middle.Enclose a cheese stick in the indentation of each patty, covering cheese with meat patty completely and tightly. Brown patties in a little butter in pan. In a 10-inch skillet, bring broth and water to boil, add patties. Surround w/ onions. Cover. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove patties. Blend cornstarch w/ a little bit of water. Stir into skillet. Cook mix, stirring until thickened. Add patties and continue to heat on low for a few minutes. Garnish w/ red pepper rings before serving.
Children especially like this dish because of the surprise filling. Serve w/ mashed potaoes and they'll love you for life.
