Cook pasta according to directions, drain, pour in 1/2 tbsp olive oil, mix. Set aside, but keep warm. Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet, add chicken. Cook, stirring until chicken is cooked through, abot 5 min. Remove and drain on paper towels. Heat remaining oil in same pan, add carrot, cook for 4 minutes. add broccoli and garlic halves and minced garlic. Cook, stirring for 2 min. Add chicken broth,basil and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min. Turn chicken and veggie mix into pasta and mix gently, but well. Serve.
