Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1.4 oz pkg sugar-free chocolate puuding mix
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 oz containers fat-free frozen,thawed whipped cream
  • 1 6 oz pkg ready-made reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 6 oz chocolat bar shavings, for topping

Cooking Instructions

In lg bowl combine cocoa powder,pudding mix, and cinnamon. Add both milks. Beat on med. speed until thick & smooth. Fold in 5 cups whipped cream. Transfer to crust. Refrigerate for 6 hours or until firm. Top w/ remaining whipped cream, shave chocolate over cream. Serve.

Recipe Notes

This is an original recipe I got from Woman's World magazine, I just tweaked it a bit to make it even lower calorie, but the taste is still wonderfully full and chocolate tasting. CALORIES: 153 per slice. FAT: 2 g. CARBS, 29g
