Pour milk into lg bowl.Add dry pudding mix,beat w/whisk for 2 min. Add peanut butter, mix well. Gently stir in whip cream. Spray w/ cooking spray a 13x9-inch dish. Layer one third of the grahams and half of pudding mix in dish. Break grahams as needed to fit dish. Repeat layers. Top w/ remaining grahams. Microwave chocolate & butter in bowl on high for 2 min, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is totally melted and mix is blended. Spread over grahams.Refrigerate at least 8 hrs.
