Sherry's chunky-mix drop cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup "I can't believe it's not butter", melted
  • 1 cup packed, likght brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks,halved
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts,not salted
  • 1-1/2 cups chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.line parchment paper onto 2 baking sheets. In lg mixing bowl,cream butter & sugars. Add eggs,one at a time. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flours and baking powder. Gradually add to creamed mix,beating well after each addition. Stir in pretzels,peanuts,chocolate chunks and raisins. Drop by heaping tbsp, 2 in. apart onto baking sheets. Cook for 10-14 min or until edges are golden brown.
