Sherry's citrus vinaigrette dress..

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups lo-sugar o.j.
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup lo-sugar orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup canola/olive oil mix
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp each Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Whisk together first 7 ingredients in a saucepan over med-high heat. Bring to boil,reduce heat to med-low,simmer,whisking occasionally,20 min or until reduced by half. Transfer to med bowl,cover,chill 1 hr. Whisk in oil and remaining ingredients. immediately or store in container for up to 5 days. on salad greens, also great on grilled fish or chicken.

great on salads! what a taste bomb!! I also used it on chicken and it brought out the greatest flavors.
