Combine ham, onions,cheese and parsley in bowl. In lg bowl, beat together egg and milk and oil. Add 2 cups baking mix. Mix well. Add ham mixture. mix well. Add remaining baking mix, stirring until blended. Turn dough onto floured board. Knead about times or until dough holds together. Roll dough about 3/4-inch thick. Cut w/ 2-inch biscuit cutter. gather scraps and cut remaining dough into biscuits.
Place biscuits on cooking sprayed baking sheet. Brush tops w/ melted butter. Sprinkle w/ herbs. Bake at 425 for -12 min. or until golden brown. Best served when hot, but can be reheated in oven for a few minutes. Microwaving only makes them taste tough.
